Youth Summer Excursion

Save the Date!
Whitewater Rafting Excursion

We are excited to announce a special trip for the youth of our Baptist Church in grades 7-12 to the Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC, scheduled for Thursday, July 18- Friday, July 19. This trip promises to be an enriching experience both in fun and in faith.

Our goal is not just to provide a fun outing but to use this time to plan the future of our youth ministry. We aim to equip and inspire all generations of disciples in Christ, ensuring that our programs and activities resonate with our youth and help them grow in their faith.

Trip Details:
Date: July 18-19, 2024
Location: Whitewater Center, Charlotte, NC.
Cost: $50 per youth/chaperone participant (includes meals, activities, and lodging)
Chaperones: We are seeking 4-5 chaperones for this trip. Singles and couples are encouraged to volunteer. (If you are a couple, please register separately)

Chaperone Information: We believe that having dedicated and caring chaperones is crucial for the success of this trip. If you are a parent or guardian who is interested in joining us as a chaperone, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Your presence will greatly contribute to the safety and spiritual guidance of our youth during this trip.

Registration: Please complete the attached registration form and return it with payment by July 5, 2024. Spaces are limited, so we encourage early registration to ensure your youth’s participation.

Contact Information: If you have any questions or need further information, please do not hesitate to contact your UBC Administration at or call at (919) 688-1304.

We are looking forward to a memorable trip filled with adventure, fellowship, and spiritual growth. Thank you for your support and involvement in making this event possible.
