All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that provides communication privacy over the Internet. You are on a secure webpage hosted by Vanco Services, LLC, an industry leader that processes transactions for thousands of clients. The information Vanco receives from you will only be used to process your transactions and will never be shared with any other party, except as required by law. Your information will be safeguarded in strict compliance with federal standards for non-public personal information. Vanco Security- a Level 1 PCI 3.2 Provider which is a mandated set of security requirements for protecting cardholder data and most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry.
When you click “Give Now, a new browser window is opened. If you’re using a pop-up blocker, the window will not open. Most browsers will allow you to permit pop-ups from a specific website. In order to use the give online feature, you will need to allow pop-ups from myubc.org
You can give from your checking or saving account via an ACH transaction. You can also give using a debit or credit card.
Yes, the system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up recurring contributions.
Yes, we highly encourage creating an online giving profile to negate multiple accounts and or contribution errors.
You can specify whether you want your contribution weekly, bi-weekly, twice per month or monthly. You can set up as many scheduled contributions as you would like to several different funds.
When you give online, you’ll see funds for Tithes, Offering, Missions, Sunday School, ACE, Backpack Buddies. Select the fund(s) of your choice from the menu.
When transactions do not go through, it is usually because of a typo. Try it again and double check your routing and account numbers.
Immediately after submitting your contribution, you will receive an e-mail thanking you for your contribution.
You can edit, modify, delete or pause a scheduled contribution at any time including changing the bank routing number, account number, date, fund, frequency and amount
Yes! The church will continue to provide quarterly contribution statements and year-end contribution statements to you for tax purposes. At any time, you can also request a copy of your giving history of your contributions that have been given from the church office via email or telephone.
